From a young age, Jun was captivated by the art of sewing and the magic of turning fabrics into garments. She watched in awe as her nanny, a skilled home-based tailor, brought her creations to life. Despite pursuing a degree in engineering, Jun's passion for creation never fully left her.
When she became a mother to three beautiful daughters, Jun decided to put her career on hold in order to focus on raising her family. She found joy in creating special occasion outfits for her girls, and what started as a hobby soon blossomed into a burning desire to nurture her long-dormant creative seed.
Motivated by this desire, Jun formally trained in pattern making and sewing, and combined her skills with her love for the cheongsam, a traditional Chinese garment. And thus, Jun Couture was born - a fashion brand that celebrates the timeless beauty and cultural significance of the cheongsam, while infusing it with modern style and flair.
