Shipping policy

2 business working days are required for order processing. Delivery is carried out during working hours, excluding weekends and local public holidays in Singapore.

Delivery timeline is based on estimation. Should there be any surcharges for overseas ordering (outside Singapore), it will be borne by the customer. 

For bounced parcels, cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Singapore - Free 
Malaysia - $15
Other countries - $20

Singapore - 3 working days

Returns and exchanges

Our customer’s satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We always try our best to build a valuable relationships with our customers. Though we do not offer cash refund, exchange of size or design are allowed but subject to availability. Exchange is limited to one time only. 

Dresses must be in unwashed condition with our tags in place, if any. Dresses that are altered/damaged or with missing parts will not be accepted. Request for exchange due to chalk mark is not accepted as it can be washed off easily. 

Refunds can only be made within 14 days for local purchases and 30 days for international purchases. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
